Acne breakouts do happen; it's a fact of life
when you have the condition. However, it is
controlling them is what makes all the
difference.
Sometimes it seems you have a breakout just when
you need to look your best. This does and will
happen.
For many people, acne can start very early in
life and continue on into adulthood. Sometimes
acne can be severe and leave devastating marks
on ones face.
So what can anyone do to help control acne
breakouts?
There are a few things one can do to help with
acne
breakouts and learn to control how bad acne can
get.
Some of these have been proven and time tested.
However, will they get rid of acne? Not always
but in some cases they can really help control
how bad things get.
The first thing anyone one can do to help
control acne breakouts is changing your diet.
If you tend to eat nothing but junk foods, then
it may be time to try something else. It is a
proven fact that changing ones diet can help
control all sorts of skin conditions from
psoriasis to eczema.
Sometimes, it is the effect of what certain
foods can have on the body and how we digest
these foods.
Eating things like meat all the time can seem to
produce buildup within the bodies system, which
can then make it hard to digest these foods.
One may want to try and limit their consumption
of animal meats which contain lots of fats and
try a more high fiber diet. Things like
vegetables can help the body to be healthier and
control acne breakouts.
Increased testosterone in males during puberty
has also been linked with acne breakouts.
This can cause the body to produce more sebum
while cells that line the pores can also produce
more keratin, which is a waxy type of protein.
It is this Keratin that leads to a blockage if
the pores and the end result can be the skin
producing blackheads.
A bacterium then forms a blockage and the
enzymes are released. This breaks down sebum
which in turn then produces what is known as an
inflammation or whitehead pimple which is then
what we see as acne breakouts.
